Medina firefighters battle Route 18 blaze

MEDINA, OH (WOIO)- Firefighters in Medina battled a massive industrial blaze Wednesday morning.

Fire crews were called out to Route 18 just behind the Medina Steakhouse around 11 a.m.

Firefighters remain on scene investigating the cause of the blaze, a plume of smoke could be scene hanging over the city.

HINCKLEY – Victoria Tifft, President and CEO of Clinical Research Management, Inc. (ClinicalRM) of Hinckley, Ohio, has been named Ohio’s 2012 Small Business Person of the Year by the U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA). 

 

Ms. Tifft will be one of the Small Business Person of the Year winners from all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Guam that will converge on Washington, D.C. during SBA’s May 20-22 celebration of National Small Business Week, when one of them will be selected as National Small Business Person of the Year.

Program begins with service in Memorial Hall followed by a

parade to the cemetery and back to the center of town for service at the Memorial monument.

 

Granger Township

Parade begins at Highland Middle School and ends at Granger Fairview Cemetery.
Open house following parade at the Firestation, Library and Historical Society.

Hinckley Township
-Monday, May 28th 9:00am
Parade begins at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church on Ridge Rd, on to Memorial Park and ends at the 
Township Administration Building with a ceremony and refreshments.

Lafayette

-Monday, May 28th 9:30am
